Where can I find wndr museum?

We are located at 1130 W. Monroe in Chicago’s West Loop.

Parking is limited in the area, so we strongly encourage the use of public transportation and ride shares. In the event you drive, we recommend checking out SpotHero.

How much are tickets?

General admission tickets are $32 for admission by persons of all ages; however, children age 2 &under do not require a ticket.

 

Please note, as wndr is registered as a place of amusement, tickets are subject to an additional 12%tax rate: 9% city tax and 3% county tax.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

We encourageguests to purchase tickets online, however, we do have an on-site box office,you will need to show a form of ID and make your purchase by credit or debitcard. wndr is cashless.

How many tickets can I buy at once?

Tickets are available in quantities of 1-10. For group reservations of 10+ people, please contact hello@wndrmuseum.com.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive promptly at your reservation time. Early entry is not permitted; and if you are more than fifteen minutes late to your reservation time, we cannot guarantee, and may deny, your admission. Please be sure everyone in your reservation is present at time of check-in.

How long does it take to experience wndr museum?

Allow approximately one (1) hour to complete the museum experience. We only allow a set number of guests at a time, so you’ll have plenty of time to engage with all the installations. Once you exit the museum, there is no re-entry allowed.

Is wndr museum kid friendly?

Yes, wndr museum is a family-friendly destination. Children age 2 & under do not require a ticket. Please note, strollers are not allowed on the museum floor, however, they may be stored by the lockers.

Is wndr museum ADA-compliant?


Entry to wndr is ADA-compliant, but not all installations may be accessible. While service animals are welcome inside wndr, there may be areas and/or installations in the museum which are not fully accessible with a service animal. If you have any accessibility, mobility  requirements, or sensory needs or concerns, please contact hello@wndrmuseum.com for more information about accessibility in our space.

Are food and beverages allowed inside wndr museum?

Outside foodand beverages are prohibited inside wndr. Food and beverages purchased at wndrmay only be consumed in designated areas.

Are photos allowed inside wndr museum?

Photos are allowed — and encouraged! Be sure to tag @wndrmuseum and use our hashtag #wndrmuseum for a chance to be featured on our social channels.

 

Please note, by entering wndr, you consent to wndr’s use and publication of your image, likeness, and/or name, and those of anyone in your party over whom you have custody or guardianship, anywhere, for any purpose, in perpetuity, and you waive and release all rights and claims related thereto.

What type of camera equipment is allowed?

Cameras that will not interfere with the experience of other guests are allowed. The use of tripods is not allowed inside wndr. Filming at wndr for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.

Can tickets be refunded or transferred to another date or time?

All reservations are final and cannot be refunded, or transferred to another date or time.

How long will i have in the Yayoi Kusama Infinity Room?

Guests are given 1 minute to experience the Yayoi Kusama Let’s Survive Forever Infinity Mirror Room — a time guideline instituted by Kusama herself! Guests will experience the room in a group of no more than 6 people, and there will be a security guard stationed inside at all times. Photography is allowed and encouraged! Touching the artwork is strictly prohibited. No personal belongings except a phone and a camera are allowed inside the room. Upon entry, you must wear shoe covers that we provide. Once you exit the Infinity Room, no re-entry is allowed.
