Ryan serves as the President of WNDR Global – driving the growth and expansion of the WNDR experience.

Prior to joining WNDR, Ryan led Red Frog Events, an event production company known for developing innovative brands including the Warrior Dash obstacle race series, Firefly Music Festival, Air Show Majors, and Chicago Beer Classic. Red Frog also provided event services ranging from food and beverage to its digital ticketing platform, EventSprout. Red Frog was named one of Forbes' "Most Promising Companies in America," has appeared consecutively on Inc. Magazine's "Fastest Growing Companies" list and was awarded Business of the Year by the US Chamber of Commerce, among other honors. In recognition of its philanthropic efforts, the company was selected as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital "Corporate Partner of the Year," and raised over $15 million for the organization. Ryan has received the Ernst and Young, Entrepreneur of the Year award and has been recognized as one of America's Most Promising CEOs Under 35 by Forbes Magazine.

After exiting Red Frog, Ryan served on the leadership team of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. He was responsible for all Experiential fundraising across the organization in support of the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Overseeing the strategy and execution of programs and over 30,000 annual galas, music, fitness, and youth events.

When Ryan's not building new experiences, he's exploring with his wife, Kristi, and their children Jack and Harper. Ryan is passionate about igniting curiosity, social justice, and children's health and wellness.
