The health and safety of our the wndr community is our highest priority. As such, the museum is temporarily closed as we work to thoroughly and thoughtfully respond to the escalating impact of COVID-19. We plan to reopen on Wednesday, May 6 but will continually evaluate the situation taking into account guidance from the State of Illinois, City of Chicago and the Centers for Disease Control.
We recognize that the situations is dynamic and that the repercussions of the virus could be felt for some time. With that in mind, we are taking this opportunity to develop enhanced standards and protocols and are confident that we can meet the rigorous health and safety standards we are setting for ourselves in anticipation of reopening.
If you have already purchased tickets to visit the museum during this time of closure, you may reschedule your visit or refund your ticket.
If you would prefer to reschedule, please log in to 'My Tickets" on showclix.com, select the wndr event and click "exchange tickets". Follow the prompts to reschedule for your desired new date and time.
For refunds, please contact email@example.com. We ask for your patience and anticipate refunds to take 5-10 business days.
Take care of yourselves, your families and your communities.
wndr is committed to keeping our space healthy and safe for everyone. We are actively monitoring any developments related to COVID-19 with official information and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago to ensure that we are prepared to the best of our abilities. At this time, they continue to report that risk of exposure remains low in Illinois.
wndr will currently remain open to the public and appropriate health and safety measures have been put in place. Our teams are regularly disinfecting our spaces, additional hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the museum, and wndr controls the number of visitors received simultaneously.
If at any point we cancel programming or close the museum, we will communicate that information through all means available, including email, our website, and social media.
In the meantime, we want to make sure that we are continuing to follow best practices when it comes to ensuring the health and safety of the wndr community.
